On May 11, 2009 I sent a package containing five through Tiki Flower Vase from Bandung to Jakarta. At delivery, the package is already taped cardboard Fragile sticker on the top side and front by TIKI Antapani, Bandung. The next day (March 12, 2009) at the time the packet is received in Jakarta has been destroyed and the box has been squashed out of shape.

Then I submitted a letter of complaint to the Tiki through Mr. Angkoro, and he explained to contact me. After a long wait I finally I called back on April 28, 2009, and said that the Tiki is still in progress, please wait. Then I called again on May 19, 2008 with the same answer.

On May 24, 2008 I called back to the Tiki, and given the same reason again. Not long after the party Tiki (Swesty mother) called and said to send the amount of the loss and will be reported tomorrow. However, until now I did not hear back from Tiki. Please responsibility Tiki. I am tired of complaints of damaged goods from shipping Tiki bad.
